Diesel engine parts & services (Power plants & Marine)

We are able to source competitive parts as well as provide specialist services for most common diesel engines. Essentially, we are able to supply all range of parts such as pistons, cylinder head, cylinder liner, camshaft, connecting rod and bearings, just to name a few. Furthermore, we are also able to supply service kits for major & minor overhaul

Heat Exchanger

Heat exchangers are typically one of the most ignored components in most industries in terms of preventive maintenance. However, like cars cannot run with a broken radiator, equipment efficiency will drop or stop functioning if proper care is not taken for their heat exchangers. Through our partnership with heat exchanger specialist, we are able to provide custom cleaning services as per the requirement of the type & material of the heat exchangers. Furthermore, we are also able to provide remanufacturing of the core and parts such as plate gaskets.

Our scope of work includes and not limited to:

charge air cooler, shell & tube, spiral finned tube, steam/ hot water heating coil, plate heat exchangers, chilled water coil, condenser/ evaporator coil

 

Micfil Ultra Fine Filtrations

Micfil provides one of a kind and unrivalled add on filters. With its filtration capabilities down to 0.5 micron it is able:

  1. To filter emulsified water in diesel fuel for cleaner combustion thereby extending the life of all diesel engines,
  2. Prolong the life lube oils up to 5 times the normal use by removing fine debris in the lube oil, coolants and other contaminants that might change the chemical properties of the lube oil.

Diesel Fuel Reconditioning & Tank Cleaning Services

Using Micfil filter, we provide diesel fuel reconditioning whilst cleaning your diesel tank. All this is done without any down time to your engines. We are able to recover your diesel fuel from sludge while removing water contamination and other debris, which in turn will ensure cleaner combustion thereby preventing abnormal ware & tare and extending the life span of you engine

Scientific Equipment

This may seem like an odd range of products in a specialization of mostly mechanical products, however it is quite relevant. Support for R&D laboratories is often overlooked in this region with the attitudes typically being supply & forget. Once again, through our strategic partnership, we are able to supply & support our equipment even beyond the warranty periods.

The owner personally has had experience of supplying scientific equipment to a local university between 2010 to 2012 which he continued to support the end-users when called upon.

Hydrographic survey, dredging & Underwater Cable laying

Through our partners who specializes in Hydrographic survey, they focus on providing fast, accurate, professional survey information. They are able to provide, coordinate and manage a variety of land surveys as well.

They take pride in their work and Quality control is very important. It is monitored very closely throughout the entire project, starting with the first client contact and continuing through the actual field survey, the computer aided drafting (CAD) and the final review.
